Walk in centre, Colchester, Turner Road – fit out, passive fire protection to all new service penetrations and compartmentation between rooms and floors through out refurbished parts of the building. 2018

Vapiano, London, Tower Bridge – passive fire protection to renovated areas including new service penetrations. 2018

Apex hotel, London Fleet Street – for this building, we conducted passive fire protection through the renovated rooms and communal areas – issuing firestopping to all new penetrations made and existing penetrations. 2018

For these sites we have been called in to update the passive fire stopping in the riser cupboards, communal areas and car park areas.
